Production Facility

Designing jewelry is only one aspect of the creative process.  The Quality of your jewelry is based on the experience and expertise of the jewelers reproducing the design. In 1997 Ron the Jeweler formed a relationship with Martin J Coar, Certified Master Jeweler and Certified GIA Gemologists to build a jewelry production facility.   In June of 1997 the jewelry production facility was completed and operational. Today the jewelry facility employees 4 additional bench jewelers and two assistances. The five jewelers have who are working in this facility have over a century of combined experience in jewelry production and design.  Within in this facility we:

1. Mix pure gold and platinum to create the hypoallergenic metals for body piercing.
2. Alloy the pure gold and platinum to specific karat weights to insure the highest quality of precious metal for all jewelry created.
3. All wax molds are hand cut to exact specifications.
4. All gold and platinum castings are completed by our staff in our facility.
5. J Martin Coar then inspects the cast metal to insure the quality of the item.
6. J Martin Coar then inspects all stones prior to setting the stones, to insure you are receive the best quality of stone and or exact grade of stone you have requested.
7. Our stone setters set the stones and complete the finishing process.
8. Each item is branded with Ron the Jeweler's logo
9. On completion the item is again inspected by J Martin Coar.
10.  The item is then shipped to Ron the Jeweler for finial inspection prior to shipment.

Ron the Jeweler offers the highest level of quality possible for each item created. This is the reason every jewelry item is backed by a lifetime guarantee. The grantee simply states, if for any reason you have a problem with a jewelry item from Ron the Jeweler, we will repair the item at no charge for as long as you won the jewelry.  Totally lost or lost parts are not covered under the guarantee.  To receive service ship to Ron the Jeweler or bring the item to a retail location, with the sales receipt and all repairs will be performed at no charge.
